Everything they say is true - its a game changer. ... Living in awareness of my inner seasons, the lunar cycles, seasonal energies, and using tools like astrology and tarot - has shown me how to honour these natural rhythms and find my flow. 🌚 ... This may sound vague, so I’ll give you two specific examples of how cycle tracking helps me plan: ... 🗓 I schedule client meetings + social outings during my Follicular Phase when I’m feeling high energy, articulate + creative. ... ☄️ I schedule as little as possible for Day 1 and give my body what it’s asking for - hydration, gentle movement, healthy food, rest and relaxation. ... We visit our chest freezer daily in winter, pulling out magical treats like omega-rich Mackerel, blanched and frozen green beans, herbs, roasted cherry tomatoes from our garden - which is now under several feet of snow. 🥕⛄️ ... While things like plastic and fossil fuel energy still factor in (for now) we are so grateful that our freezer allows us to preserve what we grow and live more self-sufficiently and sustainably.m (my fave part might be putting off that trip to the grocery store 😎) .... But this slowing down is part of a larger cycle - that we are part of, too, don’t forget. . . 🌱 Plants and trees prepare for their dormant season - rooting themselves into the earth. . . ✨ Seeds tuck themselves into the soil, preparing for renewal. . . ❄️ The frost reminds us that the wheel turns with or without us - we must prepare to nourish ourselves through Winter. . . These cues from nature - these signs are for us! Slow down, dig deep, and nourish yourself! 💗 . My frozen garden greens are reminding me to preserve more food and plant bulbs. 🌷 . . 🛑 Are you reading the signs? What are you noticing!
